San Luis Obispo Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2020 with one goal: give homeowners on the Central Coast a sunroom contractor they could actually trust. San Luis Obispo is a city where people put real money into their homes, and we saw too many projects done without permits, without proper sealing for the coastal moisture, and without anyone standing behind the work when problems showed up.
We started small, focused on the neighborhoods around downtown SLO, and grew by doing the work the right way. That means pulling permits with the City of San Luis Obispo, using glass and sealing materials that hold up to the marine layer that rolls in every late spring, and being honest with homeowners about timelines and costs before a single nail goes in.
